Physical Therapy Services at Home

During your session, Russ Clifford, PT delivers focused one-on-one clinical guidance for the entire duration of your visit. Unlike traditional home health therapy, we treat a wide range of individuals, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors looking to improve their balance, stability, and independence.

Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise consists of highly individualized, targeted movements selected specifically for your unique recovery goals and practiced under direct clinical guidance. Whether you're an athlete executing high-level rehabilitation or a senior mastering critical balance and stability movements, the work is tailored to you.

Depending on your precise needs, your session can focus entirely on customized exercise or be blended seamlessly with manual therapy, Astym, dry needling, or photobiomodulation.

Functional Activities

Functional activities focus on mastering everyday movements, practiced exactly where you need them most. Whether you're a senior practicing balance while navigating hallways, stairs, and chairs, or an athlete retraining your body for sports-specific movements on your home turf, Russ brings the clinic to your environment. These real-world treatments maximize your independence and safety.

Depending on your goals, functional training can stand alone or be seamlessly combined with manual therapy, Astym, dry needling, or photobiomodulation during your one-on-one session.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy delivers expert, hands-on clinical care directly to the comfort of your home. Whether you're an athlete looking to restore joint mechanics after a sports injury, a post-surgical patient reducing stiffness, or a senior seeking to alleviate chronic muscle tension to improve balance, Russ provides focused, specialized, hands-on treatment.

It can share the visit with therapeutic exercise, Astym, dry needling, and photobiomodulation (laser).

Photobiomodulation (Laser)

Photobiomodulation, or advanced laser therapy, is a non-invasive treatment that Russ brings directly to your home. This modality uses targeted light energy to accelerate deep tissue healing, making it highly effective for athletes recovering from acute sports injuries, individuals managing chronic joint pain, or anyone looking to rapidly reduce localized swelling and inflammation.

Laser treatment can be used in the same session as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, Astym, and dry needling.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a highly effective targeted technique that Russ brings directly to your home visit. By using fine, sterile needles to stimulate specific trigger points, this treatment is ideal for athletes looking to unlock tight muscles and boost performance, individuals recovering from stubborn orthopedic injuries, or anyone seeking fast relief from chronic tension and muscle pain.

It can be part of the same session as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, Astym, and photobiomodulation (laser).

Astym

Astym is regenerative soft-tissue therapy that Russ integrates seamlessly into your home visits. Using specialized non-invasive instruments, this advanced treatment targets the root cause of soft-tissue dysfunction. It is exceptionally effective for athletes resolving chronic tendonitis, post-surgical patients looking to safely remodel scar tissue, or active individuals seeking to eliminate old muscle strains and move freely again. This proven therapy stimulates your body's natural healing process to restore full and pain-free mobility.

It can stand on its own or be combined in one session with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, and photobiomodulation (laser).
